Tasting Notes: Peach lemonade, Black tea, White sugar

A peach lemonade in a cup from a beautiful Siko washing station. Delicate, floral and peachy! This lot comes from a washing station named Siko. Located in the Siko village of Uraga, Guji, this washing station produces quality cup profiles and high-scoring lots. The station buys cherries from around 500 neighbouring farmers, whose farms sit at high altitudes of 2100 - 2250 masl. The land’s rich, fertile, red soils, combined with constant sunlight exposure, allow the well-trained farmers to grow high quality coffee DAK keeps coming back for.

Balanced, simple, peachy tea

Relatively clean, balanced brew that is fruity but not overly complex. More peachy iced tea, than juicy peach. Good value for a well roasted Dak coffee.

Brewed on a V60. Really nice hot and iced. Peach note is present on the nose and in the cup. Delicate and sweet.

Peach Slap indeed

This has a delicious taste of peach and tea! The beans are very light roast, and can be a little chaffy sometimes. Overall a pretty easy bean to work with to get the sweetness and great tasting notes out of it.

Fruity

Its a very nice light roast for espresso. Not quite as peachy as I was hoping for, but it is good none the less.
