Still waiting for it to arrive

I received an email requesting I review this coffee. I ordered it almost a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived so I can’t comment on the actual coffee but the shipping channels are diabolical. This was meant to be a Christmas present. I contact eight ounce and they said there was nothing they could do. :-(
