Jindo Coffee - Peach Porridge

This coffee is a blend of pulped natural sweet yellow varietals growing at Daterra in Brazil. The farms are at 1150masl. 'Daterra', in Italian meaning 'From the Earth' is founded heavily not just on producing specialty coffee, but on producing specialty coffee with environmental protection; they were the first coffee farm in Brazil to be Rainforest Alliance certified and constantly aim towards being a fully carbon negative farm by supplying all industrial areas of the farms with solar power, practicing regenerative agriculture, and utilizing their coffee trees to sequester carbon from the atmosphere.
