Finca El Chaferote, managed by Erick Bravo in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, is a 9-hectare coffee farm situated alongside the Magdalena River, boasting 22,000 coffee trees including Pink Bourbon, Colombia, Castillo, and Catimore varieties. This specific lot, harvested in October/November 2023, exclusively comprises 100% Pink Bourbon, reflecting Erick's dedication to high-quality coffee. Processed with a 48-hour cherry stage followed by a 36-hour dry-ferment, these beans undergo meticulous washing and drying in a greenhouse for 15-20 days. Erick and his family's achievements include top placements in competitions such as Huila Mágico and Colombia’s Cup of Excellence, showcasing their commitment to excellence in coffee production.
