Rosendo Domingo, a second-generation coffee farmer from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, cultivates Caturra and Pache varieties on his farm Palanch'en, which is named after a rock resembling a horse's head. Combining his agronomic training with decades of family coffee-growing tradition, Rosendo produces fully washed coffees, sun-dried on patios to highlight the region’s unique clay soils and high altitudes. This lot offers vibrant acidity with notes of citrus and stone fruit, balanced by a smooth, clean finish, reflecting the best of Huehuetenango's terroir.
