Sweet Bloom Coffee - Migration 7.0 Blend

This year’s first version of Migration Blend took longer to launch due to waiting for the high-quality lots from Ethiopia, particularly Gure Kesso, which now combines with a fresh arrival from Guatemala to create a flavorful blend. This seventh season of Migration Blend, available from spring to fall, is designed for cold brew but also excels as drip or espresso, highlighting the characteristics of East African coffees. The blend consists of 70% Gure Kesso, bringing floral notes, sweetness, and citrus acidity, and 30% Rudy Castillo from Huehuetenango, adding sweetness, complexity, and a malic quality, resulting in a coffee with floral notes, red grape, and deep caramel sweetness.
