The Barn - Kii AA

Kii AA is produced by smallholders in the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, who deliver their carefully handpicked cherries to the Kii Factory, operated by the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society. The coffee undergoes traditional washed processing, with cherries pulped, fermented, and washed using water from the Kii River, followed by a slow drying process on raised beds. In the cup, expect vibrant notes of cranberry, blackcurrant, and apricot, balanced by a syrupy sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
