The Daterra Masterpieces represent the finest coffees from Daterra plantations, processed using the innovative Daterra Penta Process®. These single-origin coffees, scoring 86-89, are fully traceable and meticulously crafted. This Laurina Natural, a rare varietal from the Reunion Islands, undergoes a unique natural drying process on the tree, resulting in a remarkably sweet cup with citric notes of yellow fruits and an exotic profile. Utilizing Natural Anaerobic Fermentation, the cherries are placed in a tank that becomes anaerobic, fostering specific microorganisms that enhance acidity and flavour through enzymatic reactions.
