Named after the village of Gotiti in Ethiopia's Gedeb district, Gedeb Gotiti Natural Organic coffee thrives in the renowned coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe. This area's topography, elevation, and water sources create ideal conditions for exceptional coffee production, with small-scale farmers delivering their cherries to METAD's collection point. With elevations ranging from 1950 to 2000 meters above sea level, the coffee undergoes the Natural method of processing, drying on raised beds to enhance its distinct flavor profiles.
