Interesting Rwandan

This was my first experience with Brandywine and my expectations were high. My first cup was a little disappointing. Definitely got strong lime acidity, but paired with a muddy, borderline stale taste? Might have been brewed a bit early or just too fine, because my next cup had a vibrant lime acidity paired with light chocolate notes, hibiscus, and a hint of dark berries! The next cup, ground a bit coarser I got a hint of baking spice and carmín with a silky finish. I think this is a bean that develops nicely and can go in lots of different directions depending on your temp and grind size/brew method. Exited to try more from them
