  • Roaster TakeOver: Hatch Specialty Coffee

    On January 18, 2025, we’re thrilled to welcome Josh from Hatch Coffee and our very own team member, 2024 Brewers Cup 2nd runner-up AJ Doell, for a special takeover.

    From 9–11 am, Josh and AJ will be brewing and serving a standout coffee from Hatch’s collection at the café. It’s the perfect opportunity to savour an exceptional brew and connect with these coffee pros.

    Then, from 11 am–1 pm, dive deeper into Hatch’s world of coffee with a cupping session featuring some of their finest offerings.

    Whether you’re here to enjoy a remarkable cup, explore new flavours at the cupping table, or chat with the experts, this is a day coffee lovers won’t want to miss.
