Las Alasitas, founded by the Rodriguez family in 2014, sits in the lush Bolinda colony of Caranavi, Bolivia. The farm's natural process Caturra and Geisha varieties benefit from the high elevation, leading to a slow cherry ripening that intensifies the sweetness and complexity of the cup. Expect a syrupy body with notes of cherry, caramel, and delicate florals, finishing with a tea-like mouthfeel.
