Finca El Salvador’s 120-hour natural processed Red Bourbon is crafted by Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, a dedicated producer known for refining his fermentation techniques and focusing on organic and regenerative farming. Nestled at 1650 masl in the Cerro El Aguila mountain range, Batlle’s farm is not only home to coffee but also chillies and heirloom vegetables, promoting biodiversity. This year’s coffee offers a slightly milder profile, yet maintains its bold, beloved notes of cherry chocolate bonbon and tropical fruits.
