COF-SP-0104Kiringa AA is produced by the 850 members of the Kabare Farmers Cooperative Society, located in Kirinyaga, Kenya, where they cultivate traditional SL28, SL34, Batian, and Ruiru varieties at 1700-1900 meters above sea level. This washed coffee undergoes meticulous fermentation and washing processes using water from the Kiringa River, ensuring clean and vibrant flavors. In the cup, it delivers a rich sweetness of black currant and brown sugar, complemented by tart black cherry notes, a silky body, and a sweet, herbal finish.
