Square Mile Coffee - Macho Espresso

Macho is a coffee produced by Carlos Montero in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. This unique offering is made from Caturra and Catuai varieties and processed using a black honey method, where most of the fruit mucilage is left to dry on the beans. The result is a cup with rich sweetness, offering notes of dark fruit, caramel, and a syrupy body.
