We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Ditta Artigianale is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Florence in 2013 by Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer. Their mission is to introduce Italy to high-quality, ethically sourced coffees, focusing on transparency and sustainability throughout the production process. By establishing direct relationships with producers and meticulously roasting micro-lots, they offer a unique coffee experience that bridges the gap between farm and cup. Their journey began with a micro-roastery and expanded to coffee bars in Florence, creating spaces where customers can connect with the story behind each brew.
