We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

When you remove variables or make those variables more consistent, it will result in a more predictable espresso shot. When your shot is predictable, it is much easier to change or 'dial in' your perfect espresso.
