Fruit Cake is a festive blend crafted by 94 Celcius, combining coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Honduras in a carefully balanced composition. Diego Bermudez’s Colombian creation (30%) delivers spicy notes of ginger, while a natural Ethiopian coffee (20%) contributes rich aromas of dried fruits like figs, raisins, and dates. Sebastian Ramirez’s cofermented lot (5%) adds vibrant red fruit and orange, and a barrel-aged Honduran coffee (45%) rounds out the cup with brandy and maple syrup notes, creating a complex and celebratory holiday experience
