COF-94-0035Tartafruit is a natural processed coffee from the Gargari Gutity station in Yirgacheffe, southern Ethiopia, produced by a group of farmers cultivating the Kurume variety. The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and dried on raised beds for 19 to 25 days, resulting in a vibrant cup with notes of rose, fruit tart, and peach. Behind this coffee are Abreham Mengiste and Meseret Workneh of Primrose Coffee, dedicated not only to crafting exceptional coffee but also to empowering local communities through education and infrastructure projects.
