Tasting Notes: Darjeeling Tea, Peach, Lime Zest, Jasmine

Produced by Daisy Acevedo at El Encanto in Filandia, Quindío, Colombia, this washed Geisha is grown under the shade of rare native trees at approximately 1,700 meters. The process includes overripe picking, 24 hours of in-husk resting, and 48 hours of open dry mass fermentation, followed by meticulous greenhouse drying for 15 days. With bright and refined notes of Darjeeling tea, peach, lime zest, and jasmine, this coffee represents the dedication and innovation of the Acevedo family in cultivating one of the most revered coffee varietals
