COF-AM-0033Produced by Jose Giraldo at Las Marias Estate in Pijao, Quindio, Colombia, this Gesha is grown at 1,950 meters and undergoes a meticulous double washed process. The cherries are fermented anaerobically in closed tanks for two stages of 24 hours each before being washed and dried on raised beds. The result is a vibrant and floral cup with bright citrus and peach notes
