Coffee Collective - Vista Hermosa

This coffee showcases notes of honey, hazelnut, apple, and apricot. It marks Coffee Collective’s first direct purchase from Edwin Martinez and his father, Don Edwin Martinez, since the roastery’s opening in 2007. Located in the scenic highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, near the Mexican border at an altitude of 3,400 masl, their farm is enveloped by breathtaking mountains. The washed coffee is sun-dried on patios. Over the years, they have shared valuable experiences, stories from the farm, and discussions about enhancing quality in picking, sorting, and drying processes.​
