Oscar Hernandez and local smallhold farmers produced the coffees for this decaffeinated blend from Mexico and Colombia. Combining Mountain Water Process and ethyl acetate decaffeination creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and balanced citrus acidity, yielding sweet notes of orange blossoms, rose water, and butterscotch.

Very traditional coffee from a usually flavour-pop roaster

I guess they did warn me it was medium roast... I expected the flavours to be more pronounced from Colorfull but this ended up being perfectly drinkable. It actually made me wonder if I'd like it more as a milk drink because of how dark it ended up being. Lesson learned--I should just keep ordering their Black Forest on repeat.
