Corner Brownie is a more traditional but exceptional decaf offering from Sebastian Ramirez at the El Placer farm in Quindío. This lot features the Caturra variety, which underwent a three-day fermentation after depulping to highlight its natural acidity before being processed at a decaffeination facility. Using the Ethyl Acetate (Sugar Cane) method—a natural process derived from sugar cane—the caffeine is selectively removed while preserving the bean's inherent sweetness and structural integrity. Roasting to a medium degree, Colorfull Coffee has developed a full-bodied cup that truly lives up to its name, offering rich, comforting notes of fresh brownies and raw turbinado sugar, balanced by a splash of plum-like acidity
