We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

The "Ciao Bella" is a medium to dark-roasted Italian-styled coffee blend with an intense and indulgent flavour. It combines natural mixed varieties from Brazil with washed mixed varieties from Colombia and Ethiopia, resulting in a pronounced smoky character and a prolonged sweetness.
