Tasting Notes: Mango, Red Ripe Fruits, Cocoa

This experimental lot is inspired by the emotional connection of the producer's family to the coffee community as a whole. Coffee farming, processing, and distribution for consumption have been kept in silos and their family believes this can change. The idea of this coffee is to provide the most authentic coffee cup of Rwandan coffee to coffee lovers, making the consumer think of the producer as the grower also keeps the buyer in mind when processing the coffee.

Yum!

Prominent and delicious cocoa nib notes, with a delicate yet juicy undertone. I primarily drink milk drinks, and this one tastes like a something like a chocolate-covered raspberry. On the lighter side but easy enough to dial in with my Profitec GO + Eureka Mignon Zero. Highly recommend

One of my favorites

Love having this on the home menu.
Great flavor. If you eat something sweet prior to drinking this it'll be more cacao flavor dominate vs salty which in turn make it more juicy.

My recipe:
Df54 grinder setting at 9.5
1:3 ratio at 18g dose.

DAK is killing it

All the DAK products I've been drinking are A+ I haven't had a bad or even mediocre product from them yet.

AMAZING ESPRESSO!

This is one of the best espresso i've had! There's a hint of earl grey once it's properly dialed in. 100% recommend.
