DAK - "Le Cure": Golden Bloom Espresso 1kg
COF-DA-0240We’re thrilled to present Le Cure, an exclusive coffee collection created in partnership with DAK Coffee Roasters, featuring both espresso and filter coffee beans. The name “Le Cure” is a fun mix of French and English—“Le” nods to DAK’s French Canadian roots, while “Cure” sounds like “Liquor,” adding a playful touch. This versatile name perfectly suits our rotating selection of exceptional coffees. Curated by DAK and Eight Ounce, roasted by DAK, and available only through Eight Ounce, the collection will feature a new coffee every six months, showcasing fresh, seasonal flavours. This project celebrates our shared passion for high-quality coffee and our strong partnership with DAK, with the box design reflecting this unique bond. The inaugural coffee in Le Cure is Golden Bloom, a pink bourbon field blend from Las Perlitas in Colombia. Sourced from small lots in Huila with 86+ point profiles, this coffee is grown between 1600 and 2000 MASL by farmers Edier Perdomo, Jhon Esneider Ordoñez, Lizardo Imabchi, Anayibe Ortiz, and Armando Coca. After pulping and 24-48 hours of anaerobic fermentation, the cherries are washed and dried for 7 to 14 days. With tasting notes of yellow plum, nectarine, and white flowers, Golden Bloom is bright, unique, and delicately sweet—a perfect balance of freshness and flavour. Golden Bloom and future Le Cure coffees will be available exclusively through Eight Ounce. We’re excited to share this special offering with you!
