This coffee undergoes a dual-phase fermentation process, followed by traditional pulping, creating a clean and complex cup. Not sure why they sent me another link to review Dak Pink balloon idk. But this stuff is the stuff. Wish they'd offer a better deal on 2 bags or a jg. There aren't too many coffees where I can see myself buying a whole kg. This is one that I would if the deal was a good value. Like buy 3 250g bags and get 1 free. Id do that

I have had a very good to outstanding cup every single time, will definitely buy again. Dak FTW. I brew on the cool side, bloom at 75 to 80c for 45s 2.53x to 1 for the bloom, then two pulses with enough time between the 2 pulses for the water to nearly drain. Grind finer until you hit astringency then back off 1 to 2 clicks.
