Ditta Artigianale - One Espresso
COF-DI-0010In this blend, Ditta Artigianale has chosen to use coffee from a single producer, Marisabel and Moises Caballero of Finca El Puente, in Honduras. The coffee is from one botanical variety, Catuai, grown on a small plot of land in one production region. To create a unique espresso, four different processing methods are applied: washed, natural, semi-anaerobic, and anaerobic. This approach showcases how one country of origin can evolve to produce a range of taste profiles, resulting in a complex, intense, and balanced espresso that tells the story of coffee’s evolution worldwide
