COF-DO-0055Sourced from the El Pozo farm in the Santa Barbara region, this selection from the Farm series highlights the work of young producer Bersi Sagastume. Part of a renowned coffee-growing family in the mountains surrounding Lake Yojoa, Bersi’s coffees represent the significant advancements in quality and processing made in Honduras over the last decade. This lot features the traditional Pacas variety, which was fully washed and dried on African raised beds. The result is a versatile and highly drinkable cup with a syrupy, creamy body and delicate acidity. Its flavor profile is defined by rich notes of caramel and marzipan, complemented by a smooth vanilla sweetness and subtle hints of forest berries
