A really well-rounded Guji

This espresso roast of Ethica Israel Degefa is quite lovely, it has the characteristic profile of the Ana Sora and Guji region with the acidity and aromatics. I got more stone fruit than berry. I'm pretty sure this is just a slightly darker roast of the Ethica Ana Sora (which is quite light in roast). The Israel Degefa I would say is similar in roast to Pilot's Ana Sora (which is a filter roast), but the Pilot Ana Sora can tend to be a bit 'juicier' in acidity.
