Comprised of SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru 11, and Batian varieties, the coffee undergoes meticulous sorting, density grading, and extended soaking with clean water from the Gatomboya stream. The result is a vibrant and structured cup with notes of raspberry, orange, and honey, complemented by sparkling acidity and a refined sweetness
