Grown at 1,600 meters, this lot undergoes a specialized fermentation that enhances its sweetness and body without veering into aggressive funk. The resulting cup is smooth and clean, delivering comforting base notes of milk chocolate and rich, caramelized banana. A delicate, tea-like touch of rosehip adds a refined floral lift, making for a balanced and highly craveable profile.
