Aroma Nativo partners with Colombian farmers that have good agronomic practices but lack processing facilities. Purchasing their cherries and processing the coffee at their own facility. The pink bourbon undergoes a unique double fermentation prcess, first in a low-oxygen environment and then with a mix of natural bacteria and yeast, followed by extensive drying and stabilization.
