Peppered fruits!

The most complex coffee I’ve had in 2024. You’ll be immediately hit by the pepper-like (almost savoury!!) note, which very quickly dissipates and gives way to this concentrated sweet fruit flavour that will linger in your mouth. I’ve only tasted the oregano note twice, usually when the coffee totally cools to room temp. That tasting notes remains pretty elusive to me, though. Another outstanding Hatch offering.
