My all time favorite coffee.

Beautiful Coffee

A beautiful coffee. Sweet, tropical, balanced, and complex. You really cannot ask for more than that, at least I can't. This one has a tea like mouth feel when brewed in the switch using a k6 grinder which I really like. The strawberry, rose, and mango notes are very evident. I think this might be my favourite Hatch release this year.

Strawberry forward and nice clarity.

OK

Wasn't my favorite tasted much more processed compared to past offerings I've had from Finca Milan which were fruity but balanced. Let rest longer and improved but still could not get anywhere close to the Finca Milan offering from Monogram earlier in the year (all time favorite)
