Produced by Samuel Diego Bermudez at Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, Colombia, this Pink Bourbon lot undergoes a 48-hour whole-cherry fermentation, a 36-hour pulped fermentation with tropical yeast, and a thermal shock wash. This yields dynamic notes of Peach Gokuri, rhubarb, and sakura.

Peachy- Keen!

This was my first time purchasing a coffee from Hydrangea. I had heard so much about them, and when I saw that this offering was from producer Samuel Diego Bermudez at Finca El Paraiso I knew it was going to be good. And it was. Most times I enjoyed this on my XBloom as a pour-over. Might be a great idea to try it as a flash-brew too!

Floral peach

Floral peach with tons of delicate complexity. Rhubarb is a nice complement but not overpowering.
