COF-LC-0023This coffee from 55 farmers in Chito, Ecuador, offers clean floral aromas, crisp citrus, and a delicate tea-like finish. Produced through CafExporto’s long-term project, it gives rural Ecuadorian farmers access to the specialty coffee market. The Chito community’s healthy soils and careful processing, mainly with Typica, Catucai, and Caturra, result in a high-quality community lot. With support from CafExporto, the coffee shows clean, floral aromatics and notes of green tea and citrus.
