La Cabra - Educardo Flores

This fresh and vibrant coffee from Educardo Flores, located in the Tolima region of Colombia, features crisp red berries and a delicate, tea-like character. Grown at 1,600 meters above sea level, the Colombia and Castillo varietals undergo a washed process that emphasizes the clean and fruity profile. Educardo, part of the Caficultores Diferenciado del Norte del Tolima collective, works with other producers in this remote region to improve coffee quality and gain recognition in the specialty coffee market. The result is a bright and flavorful cup with hints of red currants and sweet black tea
