The coffee undergoes an extended fermentation before drying, enhancing its creamy texture and layered sweetness. Expect delicate floral notes, praline sweetness, and a rich chocolate finish in this smooth and complex cup.

Pleasant, light, but not exciting

This is yet another everyday drink type bean - it produces a decently light cup (v60, kalita wave, aiden). + for the price there's really no complain. If you like a risk-free cup in the morning, this is probably one of the best choices.
