My First Anaerobic

Very fruity. The red jelly bean tasting note was spot on for me. I preferred a 16:1 V60. I would certainly repurchase.

Fruity and clean

These beans brewed a fruity and clean cup. Brewed in both an AeroPress and Kilita Wave. Found this coffee shined as a pour over.

Would buy again

Brewed many times over but for me this one really shined as an ice drip with my puck puck. Nice, juicy, and sweet

Unique

First time trying anaerobic, definitely different. I enjoyed it best with an aeropress brew.
