Tasting Notes: Jasmine, Sprite, Green melon

Yukro Lot 2 is a washed coffee from the Telila washing station in Kecho Anderacha, Ethiopia, managed by Mike Mamo of Osito Coffee. The station is known for its meticulous processing, including separating lots by delivery day and storing parchment in hermetically sealed bags, which is unique in Ethiopia. The coffee, made from Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 varieties selected for disease resistance, offers tasting notes of green melon, sprite, and jasmine.

great soft honeydew notes

great coffee. there's soft notes of green fruit like honeydew melon and lime. also has green tea florals. flavors are well integrated and I've had great results with cone, flats and cold drip brew. would buy again.

A Little Muted

Nothing wrong with this coffee flavour wise but the notes are a little muted. Very drinkable for the price point though
