Surprising

This coffee has the typical characteristics you'll find in speciality Brazilian coffee, which is to say that rich chocolate and nutty base (although in this case, it's more like the cookie dough you'll see in the tasting notes), but the beautiful, subtle notes of passion fruit coming through really surprised me. It's so easy to brew a nice cup of coffee from this bag, and I can't imagine anyone--whether speciality coffee lovers or instant coffee drinkers--not loving it on some level.
