Matsu Kaze Tea Japanese Black Tea Smoked with Whisky Cask Wood

it's almost as good as laphroig

A lovely smoked tea with a subtle - but still flavourful - smoke taste. Less pungent than the Chinese style lapsang souchong that is also a smoked black tea. Really very pleasant, smooth and mild.

This is a very unique tea. The nose is amazing. The taste is more subtle but still bold and full-flavoured. Definitely give it a try if you're a fan of all things smoked.

This tea is one of the wildest things I've tried, it has a strong smokey smell but the taste is very subtle with nice malt flavour and really nice sweetness.
