Roasted by Moklair in France, this coffee from Ephtah Specialty Coffee is sourced from Gotiti Farm in Ethiopia, managed by Tigist. Situated at 2,150–2,200 meters above sea level, Tigist’s farm produces heirloom coffee varietals, harvested and processed with care. The coffee cherries are handpicked and dried on raised beds for 15 days to ensure optimal quality. Ephtah is committed to empowering women and fostering sustainable and inclusive supply chains. Tigist, an active participant in the Ama Commitment program, receives upfront payments and additional support for her farm and community. Ephtah’s broader mission includes supporting local food security and market stability, while also improving drying facilities and investing in the future of the coffee industry
