Afterglow is produced at Finca Deborah, a farm in Volcan, Chiriqui, known for its sustainable practices and commitment to preserving the natural environment. The coffee is grown at over 1900 meters, resulting in a vibrant cup with notes of citrus, delicate florals, and honeyed sweetness. Finca Deborah employs the indigenous Nôbe-Buglé people, providing fair wages and benefits, ensuring both exceptional quality and ethical production.

I feel like this is a really good example of a natural Panamanian gesha. Was a little finicky, as my first brew was unfortunately astringent but after dialing it in a bit (slightly coarser, less agitation) got huge dark cherry with black tea on the back of the tongue followed by a super bright juicy peach acidity at the end. As it cooled the cup got brighter and juicer.
