Tasting Notes: Grape Jelly, Peanut Butter, Caramel

This playful and flavor-packed espresso blend combines Daterra’s comforting Pearl coffee with a jammy, co-fermented lot from Edinson and Luz Angela at Quebraditas in Colombia. The co-fermentation with specific yeast strains and thermal shock process brings out bright fruit notes and a juicy, unmistakable character, resulting in a cup full of nostalgic fun with notes of grape jelly, creamy peanut butter, and caramel

Monogram always has great coffee

Monogram always has great coffee. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bag from them that I didn’t throughly enjoy.

PB&J!

Really enjoyed this one. Nice daily coffee, very rich and does taste like PB&J! Great in milk drinks. Would order again!

Excellent taste!

Was intrigued with the flavour profile on this one and it does not disappoint. Fairly easy to dial in a shot and tastes great as a latte (hot or iced).

Fun coffee

Fun coffee. 1:2 ratio, dose a bit lower than Monogram recommends. Excellent cortado.

Really does taste like a PB&J!!

This coffee blew my mind! It's so fun and delicious, especially in a milk based drink. Highly recommend if you want something more interesting but still approachable.

Funky monkey

Bought this for pourover even tho it’s esp roast

Still got the notes but I feel like it needs higher pressure for the profile it was roasted at
