COF-NS-0033Kii Factory, managed by the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society, sources handpicked SL28 and SL34 cherries from over 850 small-scale farmers near Mt. Kenya. The cherries undergo a meticulous fully washed process, including 16-24 hour fermentation, clean water washing from the Kii River, and careful drying on raised beds. This process results in a coffee with bright acidity, complex citrus and berry flavors, and a clean, vibrant finish.
