We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. Customers

Reduced Tariffs on Chinese Goods: Following a new agreement between the U.S. and China, tariffs on Chinese imports have been significantly reduced. Previously, tariffs were as high as 145%, but they have now been lowered to 30% for a 90-day period starting May 14, 2025. These new tariff numbers are in addition to any existing duty rates that were applicable on imports and vary from product to product.

De Minimis Rule Changes: The U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong. These low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.

Tariffs on Canadian Goods: A 25% tariff now applies to most goods originating from Canada. However, the de minimis rule still applies for Canadian goods.

Our team works with the roasters we carry to maintain a selection of freshly roasted coffee in packaging that preserves the freshness of the coffee. We strongly believe you can enjoy an unopened bag of coffee 10 or more weeks past the roast date; however, we still aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any coffee once it is 6 weeks past roast.

Selected by Onyx, this coffee is intentionally sourced and roasted to craft the perfect cold brew experience. Lower in acidity and high in sugar browning, it reacts well with fats in dairy or tastes smooth and sweet on its own. Onyx looks for coffees that can handle higher heat during caramelization, extending roast times to increase body and reduce acidity. Expect delightful notes of Cocoa, Dates, and a thick creamy texture.
