Onyx - Decaf Inza San Antonio

Absolutely delicious

Very well balanced

Works nicely on both espresso and V60. Tastes like a baked apple pie, complete with crust. Especially amazing considering it's a decaf!

I spent a bit more on a decaf coffee with more complex tasting notes (Outside of your typical Coco/toffee/stone fruit)and this did not disappoint.

Sometimes you want another cup of coffee without the caffeine and this brew exceeded expectations. Slightly more acidic than my normal brews, but fresh, and uplifting w notes of red apple and red berries.

Also the packaging was super chic- currently using the box to hold my coffee filters.

Brewed in many ways possible (v60, kalita, aiden, semi-auto espresso, clever...) but still wasn't able to extract the desired flavor of this bean. To me it runs flat as a typical decaf. Given the price I would pick a better alternative (hatch premium, roasti etc)
