We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. customers: Please note that as of May 2025, recent trade policy changes may affect your order. The U.S. has introduced increased tariffs—up to 145%—on goods imported from China, which impacts many of the products we carry. In addition, the de minimis exemption has been removed for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong, meaning these low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.

Rest easy with this washed decaffeinated coffee from Cauca, Inzá. Onyx intentionally sourced this coffee for the purpose of decaffeination, selecting this regional lot from San Antonio for it’s structured sweetness of red apple and raw sugar, with a balanced acidity reminiscent of pear.

Another Onyx gem

Works nicely on both espresso and V60. Tastes like a baked apple pie, complete with crust. Especially amazing considering it's a decaf!

Delicious red fruits

I spent a bit more on a decaf coffee with more complex tasting notes (Outside of your typical Coco/toffee/stone fruit)and this did not disappoint.

Sometimes you want another cup of coffee without the caffeine and this brew exceeded expectations. Slightly more acidic than my normal brews, but fresh, and uplifting w notes of red apple and red berries.

Also the packaging was super chic- currently using the box to hold my coffee filters.

Wasn't able to catch the note

Brewed in many ways possible (v60, kalita, aiden, semi-auto espresso, clever...) but still wasn't able to extract the desired flavor of this bean. To me it runs flat as a typical decaf. Given the price I would pick a better alternative (hatch premium, roasti etc)
